What decides pickup eligibility

A reservation can still fail at the counter.

The useful question is not just “can I book?” It is whether the exact branch can verify the main driver, accept the pickup card and place the required hold for that trip.

Match age, licence country, alphabet or translation, licence-held period, IDP and additional-driver status. Temporary documents can remain conditional.
